By using the LCS application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Personal Information

We collect the following personal information that you voluntarily provide to us:

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and user role (administrator or operator).
Vehicle Records: Vehicle registration numbers, car brand, car model/variant, and service history.
Service Records: Wash type, date, time, service type (normal wash or pick-up & drop), pickup/drop addresses, driver names, distances, and customer details.
Location Data: Branch/location assignments and pickup/drop location information.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our application, we may automatically collect:

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: Features accessed, actions taken within the app, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
Camera & OCR Data: When using the vehicle number plate scanning feature, we process camera images locally on your device using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To manage car wash operations, record wash entries, and track pick-up and drop services.
Report Generation: To generate operational reports and export data (e.g., Excel reports) for business management.
User Management: To create and manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions, and manage branch/location assignments.
Communication: To send notifications related to your service entries and account activity.
App Improvement: To understand usage patterns and improve the application's features and performance.
Security: To protect against unauthorized access, maintain data integrity, and ensure platform security.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Storage Infrastructure

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides:

Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).
Secure authentication using Firebase Authentication.
Cloud Firestore database with configurable security rules.
Regular automated backups.

4.2 Data Retention

Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your account remains active.
Deleted Accounts: When an account is marked as deleted by an administrator, personal data associated with the account may be retained for operational record-keeping, but the account is deactivated.
Service Records: Wash entries and operational records are retained for business reporting purposes as determined by the organization.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

Role-based access control (admin and operator roles).
Secure password-based authentication.
Encrypted data transmission.
Access logging and monitoring.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

5.1 We Do NOT

Sell your personal data to third parties.
Share your data with advertisers.
Use your data for purposes unrelated to the LCS application.

5.2 We May Share Data With

Administrators: Admin users within your organization can access operator data, service records, and reports for management purposes.
Service Providers: We use Google Firebase as our cloud infrastructure provider. Your data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
OCR Services: If the Plate Recognizer OCR model is enabled, vehicle plate images may be sent to Plate Recognizer's cloud API for processing. See Plate Recognizer's Privacy Policy for details.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

The LCS application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the application. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the latest revisions were made. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
